The Activity inherited Gadget from an organization we absorbed post 911. The Activity has no need for law enforcement specialists, but we do have a need for an air asset, and we didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a new airframe. When we got him Gadget had 13,000 crime fighting gadgets. We got rid of most of them to make room for miniguns and ammo. When calling for CAS mark your position and tell him that’s what you want hit, sounds counter intuitive we know, it took us a few lost assets to realize he’s actually pretty incompetent.
