The Halo Chest Seal is an occlusive dressing designed to treat penetrating wounds to the chest and abdomen. The patented hydro-gel provides adhesion to the wound site even when wet from perspiration, blood, pleural fluids, or other moisture. The highly aggressive tack adhesive of the hydro-gel will enable the dressing to conform and hold to the patient's body.
Halo Chest Seals have been tested for adhesion from -40° to 150° (-40°C to 65°C).
The Halo packaging includes two seals per pack. the packaging has four notched corners for easy opening. if opened from the top the packaging is resealable if needed.
